Integration
Connected the official way
EazyERP works with shops on Etsy through the Etsy Open API v3. Access is granted by the shop owner and limited to what the workspace needs.
- Shops are authorized with OAuth 2.0 on the marketplace’s own consent screen. EazyERP never asks for, sees or stores a shop password.
- Orders are read through the official API, and tracking numbers created in EazyERP are written back to the matching order.
- Access tokens and buyer details are encrypted at rest and kept only while the workspace is active.

Is EazyERP made by Etsy?
No. EazyERP is independent software. It uses Etsy’s API to work with your shop, but it is not made, endorsed or certified by Etsy.
Who can use EazyERP?
EazyERP is invitation-only for now. It is built for sellers who run more than one shop or work with a fulfillment team.
Do you need my shop password?
No. You connect a shop by approving access on the marketplace’s own authorization page. We never see or store your password.
Can my team work in the same workspace?
Yes. The workspace owner invites members and decides what each role can see and do.
How do I delete my data?
Ask us to delete your workspace at any time. Its data is deleted from our live systems and expires from encrypted backups within 30 days.
